Smith Hulsey & Busey recently represented long-time client Outdoor Living Brands, Inc., a leading franchisor of residential outdoor living spaces, in the sale of its business to LYNX Franchising, a B2B-focused multi-brand platform.
LYNX Franchising’s acquisition of the Outdoor Living Brands concept, which included its subsidiaries Archadeck, Outdoor Lighting Perspective, and Conserva Irrigation, closed on September 9. Smith Hulsey & Busey has represented Outdoor Living Brands in approximately eight transactions throughout its 13-year existence.
Led by managing partner Dick Lewis and associates Kayla Haines Herrin and Samantha Roy, the Smith Hulsey & Busey team closed the transaction on an ambitious and expedited timeline.
